EWU Sociology Club, in collaboration with PHWC (Psychological Health and Wellness Care), is organizing a two-phase seminar on Mental Health Awareness, Stress Management, and Suicide Prevention for university students.

Phase 1 begins on June 3, 2026, with an Anonymous Question Box at the Ground Walkway Booth from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing students to submit mental health questions privately, which will be addressed by PHWC experts during the seminar.

Phase 2, the main seminar, takes place on June 4, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the S.M. Nousher Ali Lecture Gallery (Room 126). The session will cover stress, anxiety, depression, early warning signs, suicide prevention, and practical coping strategies — led by certified mental health professionals.

Participation is open to all EWU students. Certificates will be provided.
