Students at East West University have raised concerns regarding internet and network access at the university's three annex buildings, AB1, AB2 and AB3, located outside the main campus.

While the main campus is equipped with wifi coverage, students report that none of the three annex buildings have any wifi facility. Adding to the issue, mobile network signal inside these buildings reportedly works poorly or not at all, making it difficult for students to rely on mobile data as a substitute.

Students have noted that this becomes a practical problem during class hours, particularly when they need to access study material, course resources, or other online content as part of their coursework. With these buildings being used for regular classes, students say consistent internet access is becoming increasingly necessary for day to day academic needs.
