On May 21, 2026, East West University marked a historic milestone by purchasing 25 bigha of land — the first phase of a planned 45 bigha green campus that will become the largest private university campus within the Dhaka City Corporation.
The site is strategically located just 4 km from EWU's existing campus, bordered by a 130-ft avenue at the front, a 50-ft road on one side, and a lake at the back — setting the stage for a truly state-of-the-art academic environment.
The new campus is envisioned as a modern, green space designed to elevate the overall university experience for future EWUians.
